Here is a little bit of a teaser exercise that has a very specific purpose and can be used in many ways. It works a long with other exercises I created out of this study of learning, learning processes and learning strategies, which include my own. I took everything I learned about all of this and made a model that can be used to make these processes evolutionary in a generative, which means they will continually work towards the goals you chose and do it faster, easier, quicker with more pleasure still while increasing ones ability to recall information and the ability to learn in more depth faster. SO, IMAGINE OR REMEMBER THREE DIFFERENT TIMES WHEN YOU WERE LEARNING SOMETHING AND THERE WAS A PART WHERE YOU WERE STUCK OR CONFUSED. THEN THINK OF THREE TIMES WHEN YOU HAD AN AH HA MOMENT. THEN THINK OF THREE THINGS YOU ARE CURRENTLY LEARNING OR SOMETHING YOU WANT TO LEARN. FIRST TAKE ONE OF THE CONFUSED OR STUCK EXPERIENCE, THEN ONE OF THE THE CURRENT THINGS YOU ARE LEARNING OR WANT TO LEARN, THEN THE AH HA MOMENT AND PUT THEM IN A LOOP SO ONE MEMORY LEADS TO THE NEXT, LIKE A LOOP AND DO IT IN THE SAME ORDER AS STATED AND RUN THREE TIMES, STARTING WITH THE FIRST LOOP, THEN MAKING IT TWO, WHICH ARE TOGETHER AND THEN THREE WHICH ARE TOGETHER. AFTER YOU GET TO THAT RUN ALL THREE OF THEM THREE MORE TIMES FROM THE BEGINNING TO THE END AND NOTICE WHAT IS DIFFERENT, THEN NOTICE WHAT IS THE SAME AND THEN SORT FOR MORE SPECIFIC DIFFERENCES AND RUN AGAIN AND REPEAT THIS LAST PROCESS THREE TIMES. THIS BUILDS IN CHANGE AND STREAMLINING TO SOMETHING YOU ALREADY DO. This is meant as an exercise to create your own streamlining process using what you already do to learn, which will make it so you do both, which increase what you learn in a shorter amount of time, but this is only the very tip of the iceberg, almost like the condensation we cannot see coming off of it. Hope everyone enjoys. I have a few other exercises that could be considered in the same category as this one, because they work together. However that is a different hypnotic story.
