You just sit down beside a girl you think is cute and start talking. While you are talking compliment her on hew she looks and say things like you are just the cutest thing. Ask her how like how she shaves her legs and tell her her legs are beautiful. Be nice in a little flirty sort of way. Complement her hair and maybe asks where she gets it done and so on. Then maybe ask if she would like to go out and do something with you. You can agree with her about what guys she thinks are cute but then point out some of their flaws to her. All the while loOKing at her. Say things like yeah he is ok, but his lips are to big, unlike yours you have a very lips and describe them as to why you think hers are nice. Yes this is kinda flirting but at the same time you are making her feel good about herself and telling her you think she is pretty.
