A person becomes a leader the moment it is realized that he or she wants to lead. It is not a hereditary trait. It is a skill that can be acquired with the right amount of devotion and determination from the person who wants to acquire it. However, a very common mistake is when people think that leadership and management have the same meaning. The former involves a choice you will make that shall put you in a position to affect social change in your environment. The latter involves the proper conception and execution of planned action right after making that choice.
