Virtue and morality stem from wisdom. Wisdom is a concoction of intelligence and experience that can only be acquired through the passing of time with the right effort. The more you enhance yourself and your capabilities, the more you become aware of the right things to do in your life. This is essentially the goal of leadership. You lead yourself first so you can then lead others.
