His Story - After wanting more than the education system could offer him, he started his career at the early age of 16, by joining a military college. Within his years in the forces he had already travelled extensively and represented and excelled with his regiment and corps at Rugby, Athletics and Cross Country. Shortly after leaving his tour of Northern Ireland, he decided to pursue bigger aims and to start to make dreams come true.
Starting at the bottom, working as a dishwasher, security guard and trainee estate agent, Benjamin's determination and dedication allowed him to open his own estate agency within 4 years, make it successful enough to be sold on (with good timing) several months later.

Terry Elston is a director of ForLifeCoach.com and also managing director of NLP World. He has been involved in coaching and training for over 26 years and has been a trainer of NLP for 11 years. He is also a certified trainer in Spiral Dynamics (corporate and personality profiling) to level II trainer. Being a trainer of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy also gives him a lot of respect in the self-development arena, so much so that the UK government Cabinet office called on him and his company to train them in NLP and give their staff one to one coaching!
